NOW: He shouldered much of the blame for Iraq's chaos but thinks history will be kinder: "The most important thing we did was encourage them to write a modern, progressive constitution." Today he is CEO of World T.E.A.M. Sports, which stages athletic events for the disabled, including a recent 64-day, 4,000-mile cross-country bike ride about which he's writing a book. "It was really a huge undertaking," he said.
