If you think of the minivan as a has been, don't tell that to Toyota. The automaker has unveiled a 2011 version of it's highly rated Sienna minivan with fresh styling, including more distinctive window shapes and more aerodynamic lines. It is powered by a V6 engine that will produce 18 miles per gallon in city driving and 24 mpg on the highway--a nice improvement over the 2010 Sienna's 16 mpg and 22 mpg. When Toyota begins shipping the 2011 Sienna minivan to the North American market, its all-wheel drive models will come with Bridgestone's run-flat tires, which eliminate the danger of being stranded by a flat. The entertainment system in the 2011 Sienna is equipped with a split-screen television monitor that can handle input from two different sources, so passengers in the second and third row seats can view different movies or video games on the same monitor thanks to the divided screen.
