Credit to David for acknowledging—unlike a lot of Idol contestants—that he's using another band's cover arrangement. Double credit for admitting that that band was Whitesnake. It's not as original as his Hello, but it's a fun cover, with a little Peter Frampton talk box for novelty appeal. He may have taken the easy way out, but he's got a good reason—this will keep him around for another week.
