Helping Hand
Kav LaOved, a group devoted to protecting the rights of disadvantaged workers in Israel, has argued that the Palestinian laborers working in the settlements are not afforded the same protections that apply to Israeli workers under Israeli labor law. Though a 2007 court ruling agreed with the organization, enforcement has been limited.
