Something for the Kids
One of the park's most popular attractions is its zoo, which survives as the nation's second-oldest publicly owned zoo. The Children's Zoo, pictured here during the 1960s, was renovated and reopened in 1997. It now features a petting zoo complete with pigs, goats and sheep.
