Updating Your Billing Information

If you have purchased a subscription or a product on our site, you will have billing information on file for the credit card you originally used. We encourage you to keep your credit card billing information updated.

To check on or update your billing information, simply go to the Member Services area and follow the Credit Cards link for Card Maintenance.

Pathfinder will ask you to sign on, if you have not signed on already, by clicking Member Sign In. Then you will have to go through our security check by answering the security question you made up when you registered.

Each credit card you have entered into the system will be listed at the bottom of the screen, with a link to edit the information for that card. Choose the Edit link for the card you'd like to check on or update.

You will see a screen that lets you rename the card, change the expiration date or change the billing name and address for the card. You will need to enter your password before you can update your card information, and then press the Update button.

If the credit card you used for your subscription is no longer valid, or you want to change the card to which a subscription is billed, you will first need to add a new credit card to your account, which you will use for your subscription. Then you should return to Member Services and choose the Credit Cards link for Existing Subscriptions. For security, you will have to answer your security question again. Then on the next page, you will see the option to bill future payments to either your old credit card or your new one. Select or add a new card and then press the Continue button.
