Subscriptions and Purchases
In addition to the spectrum of content that you can find free throughout the Time Inc. New Media Network, you can now buy special products, such as the Fortune 1000 database, and subscriptions to premium content, such as Money.com Plus. Making purchases on the Time Inc. New Media Network is easy. When you are browsing the network and come across a product you would like to buy or an area that requires a subscription, you will be guided through our registration and payment system. If you experience problems registering, signing on or purchasing products, please consult the Troubleshooting Guide for assistance. First-Time Users: If you are not already a member, just follow the directions for first-time users to join our service. You will give basic information about yourself, and you will choose a member name, password and security question. As you fill out the page, you should write down these important pieces of information, because you will need them to access your subscription or to buy other products in the future. When you've filled out the form, check the box next to the word "Accept" after reviewing the terms and conditions, and then click on the Proceed button to continue. You will then be prompted to enter the member name and password that you just chose. The next screen will prompt you to give your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. Our payment system is completely secure, and your credit card information will remain protected. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to access your product or subscription. Members:
If you already have a member name and password from participating in chats, bulletin boards or any other services on the Time Inc. New Media Network, you will need to sign on with your member name and password, and then you will be prompted to enter credit card information to complete the purchase. The next screen will prompt you to give your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. Our payment system is completely secure, and your credit card information will remain protected. Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to access your product or subscription.
