After the International Atomic Energy Agency voted in February 2006 to report Iran to the U.N. Security Council for obtaining designs to build the core of a nuclear weapon, Ahmadinejad responded with anger, name-calling and an abrupt ban on snap inspections of its nuclear facilities. "We don't need you. It is you who need the Iranian people," Ahmadinejad said before adding, "This is the funniest decision I've seen."
