While Google's new social network continues to try to gain traction, the Google+ app, available for iPhone and Android, already shows a lot of promise. The interface is well designed, making sharing things with the people in your Circles a cinch, and the built-in video-chatting feature makes connecting with other Google+ members even more personal.
