Dubbed "the haircut heard round the world," legendary country crooner Willie Nelson's trim, in which he chopped off his signature waistlong braid in favor of a short new look, is a change of heart from this 2007 statement of his: "There have been a couple of times I've run into people who have requested that I cut my hair, but I'm not going to do it." His spokeswoman suggested that maybe he just wanted lower maintenance. The only problem is, now he kind of looks like a 13-year-old girl who got an awkwardly bad haircut. It may be less maintenance, but it's also sad times when your first major haircut in three decades turns out like that.
