Another car making its U.S. debut in the L.A. show is the Mazda2. It is already popular with motorists around the world and has been named "Car of The Year" in no less than 20 countries since it first appeared three years ago. The Mazda2 has undergone a facelift for the U.S. and should get better than 40 mpg. It is expected to start selling in the North American subcompact market in the second half of 2010.
