David Hernandez took a college class on the Beatles, he tells us. Judging from his performance, the class was called "Introduction to Performing Lennon-McCartney for Wedding Bands." He gives a big, loud, tacky rendition of what should have been an easy crowd-pleaser. Unfortunately, Idol is strictly pass-fail, and David flunks.
