A partial solar eclipse is viewed through a crescent of Faisal Mosque in Islamabad, Pakistan. The track of the stunning eclipse stretched from eastern Brazil, across the Atlantic to North Africa, then on to the Middle East, Central Asia, western China and Mongolia.
