The Longest Day
Stonehenge hosted 17,000 revelers for an all-night party to celebrate summer solstice, the longest day of the year. The 5,000-year-old stone circle, northwest of Salisbury, England, is thought to hold significance for solstices and eclipses. Police made only four arrests during the festivities.
