Bolivia's Indigenous Protesters March to the Capital

Though Morales has offered the highway construction issue up for a public vote, the protesters have said that "We will accept nothing less than the cancellation of the highway," in the words of Fernando Vargas, head of the TIPNIS community association that represents the indigenous people of Bolivia.
