For use in both the 2014 World Cup and the 2016 Summer Olympics, Brazil will renovate the famed Maracana, envisioned in an artist's rendering, above, expanding its roof so that all in attendance will be sheltered and possibly building a refurbished luxury box level — an amenity that is mandated by FIFA.
