Following the success of her Bergisel Ski Jump, Hadid was chosen to design four stations along the tracks leading up to Innsbruck's northern chain of the Austrian Alps. At the entrance to each station, a flowing translucent canopy a computer-generated design appears to float above a concrete base, like a cloud formation, a snowdrift or an ice sculpture.
