He plays the affable Spanish teacher with the "cute Kirk Douglas dimple" who leads New Directions, McKinley's glee club. Morrison's hair is a constant target of ridicule for his on-screen foil, Sue Sylvester. In one episode, Sylvester says to him, "Wow, I just lost my train of thought. You have so much margarine in your hair."
