Four of Daly's chorus girls are hoisted aloft on 'invisible' wires during a rehearsal for the pantomine Mother Goose in 1932. Daly's was a theater located in London's West End but was demolished in 1937. The so-called "Mother Goose" rhymes and stories have formed the basis for many a classic British pantomime.
