Stuart Little, 1999
The movie version of E.B. White's 1945 novel about a New York City–dwelling mouse has little in common with the original save for the title character. The screenplay, co-written by M. Night Shyamalan and Greg Brooker, tells the story of a talking mouse who is adopted by a human family and must use all the love and courage he has to gain their acceptance. Stuart is voice by Michael J. Fox, while his adoptive parents are played by Geena Davis and Hugh Laurie.
