Not only does The Dirty Dozen rival The Longest Day when it comes to an all-star line up (Lee Marvin, Ernest Borgnine, Charles Bronson, Telly Savalas, Donald Sutherland) but it's almost certainly the more popular movie, if a surprisingly violent one. A platoon of convicted criminals are offered a pardon if they agree to take on an all-but-suicidal mission. Do they succeed? What do you think?
