Where Eagles Dare, 1969
Where Eagles Dare reportedly has the highest body count of any Clint Eastwood movie, and that's saying something. The fanciful plot's stakes couldn't be higher: after a British aircraft is shot down over occupied territory, Nazis capture its only survivor an American general with intimate knowledge of the D-Day invasion. The fun begins with the ensuing rescue mission, led by Eastwood and Richard Burton complete with double-crosses, double agents and an infamous cable car fight.
