Thumbs Down for the Aztec
For all its muscle car cred, in the past decade, Pontiac has tried to make a name for itself in the SUV and minivan markets. The results have been mixed. The 2001 Aztec, with its overly designed shape, did not garner good reviews. As Pulitzer Prize-winning auto critic Dan Neil, writing for TIME, put it: "This car could not have been more instantly hated if it had a Swastika tattoo on its forehead."
