Finlay: These are mud patties that the boys have made with their bowls. Kids play in the mud in this country, but it's different. These kids are forced to do it ten hours a day, six days a week. It's quite a different reality.


Children who do heavy work like carrying loads can develop deformation of the spinal column or pelvis because excessive stress is placed on the bones before they have fused. This often causes skeletal damage or impairs their growth.
