West's 2008 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival performance was doomed from the start. He was scheduled to take the stage at 2:45 a.m. — a ridiculous hour to begin with — but showtime came and went and the hip-hop star was nowhere to be seen. Finally, he took the stage at 4:40 a.m. Then he angered fans further — well, the ones who had stayed awake — by cutting his performance short. When people complained, West fired back. He wrote a nearly 800-word rant on his blog in which he blamed Bonnaroo's schedule and seeming lack of organization."I'm typing so f______ hard I might break my f______ Mac book Air!!!!!!!!" he wrote, later explaining, "I HAVE TO ICE MY KNEES AFTER EVERY SHOW AND THEY HURT WHEN I WALK THROUGH THE AIRPORT."
