Party time! Excellent! Schwing! Way! Babelicious! One thing's for sure, Wayne Campbell (Mike Myers) and Garth Algar (Dana Carvey) were nothing if not enthusiastic. A recurring sketch on Saturday Night Live that showcased a pair of guys from Aurora, Ill., who broadcast a cable-access show from their basement, the film version (one of the highest-grossing SNL movies ever) was directed by Penelope Spheeris, who had previously helmed the punk-rock flicks Suburbia and The Decline of Western Civilization.
