In 2009, Parsons won the Television Critics Association award for individual achievement in comedy and was nominated for Emmy awards in 2009 and 2010, winning in 2010, left, for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. At this year's Golden Globes, right, he took home a Golden Globe for Best Actor.
