Iraqi pilgrims inspect shoes lost during a stampede in Baghdad Wednesday after more than 640 people were killed on Al A'ema bridge. Witnesses said the victims were Shiite pilgrims who were either suffocated in the crush or who fell off the bridge into the Tigris River.
