White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan is peppered by reporters' questions Monday over whether deputy White House chief of staff Karl Rove had been the unnamed source that revealed the identity of a CIA agent to TIME correspondent Matthew Cooper. McClellan declined to answer on the grounds that the matter was the subject of an ongoing investigation
