"Well," he says, "I was told that the way to tell a Viet Cong from a friendly Vietnamese is to yell 'To hell with Ho Chi Minh!' If he shoots, he's a Viet Cong. So I saw this fellow on the road and yelled, To hell with Ho Chi Minh!' and he yelled back, 'To hell with Lyndon Johnson!' We were shaking hands when a truck hit us."
