Noblesse Oblige

Recipe:
A large dose of Grosperrin VSOP Cognac balanced with Byrrh Quinquina and El Maestro Pedro Ximenez Sherry, with a hint of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal and a dash of Bittermens Mole Bitters. Orange Oil is sprayed from a zest to finish.

The Experimental Cocktail Club doesn't feature classic cocktails, per se, but approaches the task of fashioning its beverages with the seriousness and endeavor of the old turn-of-the-century alchemists. Here, the smokiness of Mexican mezcal combines with the heady fruitiness of cognac.
