Everybody's favorite boozy '60s drama is back after a long hiatus, and while Mad Men centers on the brooding Don Draper, it's the women on the show who are worth a second look. Season 5 reunites viewers with Betty (Jones), who gave up modeling for the life of a homemaker; Peggy (Moss), who sacrificed motherhood for her career; and Joan (Hendricks), a new mom who yearns to "have it all" in 1960s America. Individually, they drive some of the show's best story lines; collectively, they give a portrayal of women's lives that is uniquely nuanced on the small screen.
