Prada's Playful Departure
The focus is squarely on the clothes in the video for Prada's Spring/Summer 2011 ad campaign. The video features models dancing to Ratatat's "Mirando" while playing around with fun accessories like fur scarves and wide-brimmed hats. This collection was a playful departure for the modernist-minded Miuccia Prada, and the ad creates a sexy, tropical vibe while highlighting the bold-colored stripes and graphic prints that the models wear. Pretty people bopping around in a beautiful wardrobe — yeah, we just like this campaign because it's fun.
