Big, Tall, Little and Tiny: Words That Promote Important Spatial Skills
The University of Chicago made this announcement as part of a study of the cognitive development of 1-to-4-year-olds. No word yet on whether "yummy," "scrumptious" and "yuck" promote important flavor-identification skills, but the betting here is yes.
