"No one wants to see ads anymore. They want cat videos." Finally, someone said it. Toronto-based ad agency John St., presents this introduction of its new cat-video division with a lot of cheek and a well-placed sniffle. It's obviously a spoof (sample dialogue: "Our goal is to integrate cat videos into every stage of the consumer experience"), but the power of cat videos is too strong to dismiss with a laugh. That's why, when you're done watching this video, you won't remember the cleverness of their P.U.R.R. strategy (Persuasive, Unignorable, Relevant, Rememberable) you'll remember the dozens of fluffy cats padding around the office, lapping coffee from mugs, and batting at computer screens. It's just so cute. I'm going to watch it again.
