Alec Baldwin vs. Kim Basinger
30 Rock star Alec Baldwin was at the center of this seven-year, multimillion-dollar custody battle with his ex-wife, actress Kim Basinger, over their daughter Ireland. The whole thing began in 2001 when the pair separated and Baldwin accused Basinger of alienating him from his child and blocking access to her. The dispute peaked in 2007, when Baldwin left an angry voice mail on his daughter's phone calling her a "rude, thoughtless little pig" and the voice mail went public. In an effort to rehabilitate his image as a father and call attention to parental alienation and father's rights, Baldwin published a book in 2008 chronicling what may be Hollywood's ugliest custody fight.
