Movie trailers usually tend to end up crowding the undistinguished middle of ad reviews like this, because they tend to take the same approach: make sure you sell the hell out of the premise, deliver action and let them know the premiere date. But this mysterious sci-fi teaser works because, unlike so many blockbuster trailers, it doesn't say exactly what the movie is — it makes you want to know more.
