David and Victoria Beckham
To move to a Galaxy far, far away, Britain's It couple headed for America. Brand Beckham invaded the States in July 2007, when David, the former England captain, left the Spanish club Real Madrid and signed a multimillion-dollar deal with the Major League Soccer team the Los Angeles Galaxy, bending it stateside in an attempt to convert the U.S. to the other kind of football. Beckham's wife Victoria, the former Posh Spice, quickly raised their glamour profile, with photo shoots, TV appearances and designs that garnered rave reviews at New York Fashion Week. Now Posh 'n' Becks are BFFs with the likes of Tom and Katie, but David has recently said he's keen to return to England to play once more for the Premier League.
