UNICEF Inspired Gifts
About 22,000 children around the world die every day from preventable diseases. UNICEF's Inspired Gifts program enables you to give a gift — that comes with a mailed, printable or e-card — of immunizing 53 children against polio ($31), vaccinating 101 children against measles ($28), or providing 412 doses of tetanus vaccine to pregnant women ($20). You can also give a "school-in-a-box" kit ($256), which will help set up a temporary school in times of emergency. The United States Fund for UNICEF spends 92% of its funds on programs.
