Gray Powell and Jason Chen

Powell is the engineer who left an iPhone 4 prototype at a bar. Chen is the Gizmodo editor who acquired it, wrote about it and was raided by the cops. Perhaps all that drama distracted Apple from figuring out how to keep the new handset from dropping calls.
