Subaru: Baby Driver
Subaru's entry into the annals of awwwwww was a fine one. A 5-year-old girl is buckling up in the driver's seat of a Subaru, as her dad warns her to stay off the freeways — "You're not ready for those yet" — and to leave her phone in her bag: "I don't want you texting." Finally, he hands her the keys. "Thanks, Dad," says the daughter, whom we now see is a teenage girl ready to hit the road. All parents fear the moment they realize their 5-year-old is gone forever. But they'll still smile when watching this ad.
