Ark
No one really chooses to travel by ark: you have the ark thrust upon you. If this is your mode of transportation, then you are a) probably leaving a very bad situation or b) unlikely to get a warm welcome at your destination. Meanwhile, the journey itself is destined to be a colossal pain. This is not a relaxing cruise: traveling with two of every kind of living creature would be a challenge for even the most devoted animal lover. However big the ark is, you won't be able to escape the stench for long.
