Summit in Reykjavik

President Reagan's summit in Reykjavik with Mikhail Gorbachev ends with virtually no progress. Aides insist the fact that a missile-free world was discussed makes the summit a success, while bemoaning Gorbachev's opposition to Star Wars, the U.S. antiballistic-missile defense.
