Alcohol and Pregnancy

New York City passes the nation's first regulation requiring public warnings of the dangers of drinking alcohol for pregnant women, as other cities and states prepare to follow suit. Scientists agree there is a risk but can not agree on how much alcohol constitutes a danger to the fetus.
