Che Guevara, sent abroad by Cuban leader Fidel Castro, wraps up a world tour. The former top field commander of Castro's revolution has traveled to Yugoslavia, Egypt, Pakistan, India and elsewhere to promote "positive neutralism," which according to TIME, "came out as neutralism against the U.S."
