Pan Am Flight 943

En route to San Francisco, Pan Am Flight 943 loses engine control but manages to stay aloft over the Pacific for 5 hours. Easing the plane toward the water, the captain warns the 31 passengers to prepare for a crash. The plane breaks up on impact, but all survive.
