The late Russian President Boris Yeltsin was known for his fondness of vodka. During one state visit to Washington, Yeltsin reportedly got so drunk that Secret Service agents found him in the dead of night, in his underpants, searching for a taxi outside the White House so he could go find himself a restorative slice of pizza. No surprise, then, that a dancing Yeltsin is a spectacle to behold. At this concert, the first leader of postcommunist Russia is all energy, though he can't seem to decide whether he's a frenetic air drummer, a basketball player dribbling a ball between his legs or a strutting chicken. In the end, he gives up and sprinkles pixie dust on his comrades onstage.
