George W. Bush Goes Tribal

Former President George W. Bush invited a group of Africans to the White House's Rose Garden in 2007 to promote malaria awareness. There, he participated in an African tribal dance. What can we learn from this video? Well, nothing about malaria. But we do know that Bush generally enjoys using his own version of jazz hands that look like windshield wipers. And he doesn't know how to play an African conga drum.
