The Donkey Kong High-Score Race

Some people want to be President. Others want to play Carnegie Hall or win a Nobel Prize. Then there are those with true ambition, those whose dream it is to become the champion of Donkey Kong. Trying to achieve the highest score on the arcade game is not for the faint of heart, and is even the stuff of movies. The 2007 documentary The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters explores the rivalry between middle school teacher Steve Wiebe and longtime record holder Billy Mitchell.
