Who is the person who had the most effect or influence on you growing up?
I definitely have to give that one to my mother.

What was your first job? How did it influence you?
My first job was teaching piano. It really showed me how to take time for other people, be attentive to their needs, and learn how to make something that took a lot of discipline interested.
